What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, a description of your service request, and optional vehicle information (year, make, model, license plate, or VIN).

We also collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics (page views, general location, browser/device type). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry and schedule or discuss your service. We do not add you to any mailing list, sell your information, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you provide a VIN, it is decoded against the NHTSA vPIC database to pre-fill vehicle details. That request contains only the VIN and is not linked to your name or contact information.

Third-party services

This site uses a small number of third-party services to operate:

• • Cloudflare runs Turnstile on our contact form to block spam bots. Cloudflare may set a cookie for this purpose. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
• • Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data so we can understand how people find and use our site. See policies.google.com/privacy.
• • Resend delivers contact form submissions to us. Your email address passes through their servers for delivery only.
• • Sanity powers our content management. It does not interact with visitor data.

Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. Google Analytics sets a first-party cookie (_ga) to distinguish returning visitors for aggregate reporting. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a session cookie when you interact with the contact form. No other cookies are set by this site.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained as long as necessary for business purposes (typically the duration of the service relationship). Analytics data collected by Google is subject to Google's own retention policies. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us directly.
